Social housing

Healthier homes:  Integrated solutions.

Support damp and mould programmes and kitchen refurbishments with integrated moisture control, cooking-pollution filtration and connected environmental monitoring.

Choose targeted interventions for individual properties or plan deployment across your housing stock.

Interventions designed around the home

Automatic moisture control

An integrated under-plinth dehumidifier in the kitchen helps manage condensation-related moisture without taking up floor or cupboard space. Automatic humidity control and permanent drainage remove the need for residents to switch it on or empty a water tank.

Filtration where cooking pollution starts

An integrated kitchen extractor combines grease, carbon and E11 particulate filtration to capture cooking emissions. An independent air quality sensor remains active when the fan is off, with a colour-coded indicator prompting residents to use the extractor when pollution rises. The recirculating extractor filters particles; it does not remove moisture.

Monitoring that supports action

Use temperature, humidity and air quality readings alongside property information to identify priorities and assess improvements.

Work with your existing monitoring systems or add connected sensors, including options that do not require residents’ Wi-Fi. Where needed, appliance-use and electricity monitoring can help evaluate performance and running costs.

From targeted installation to wider deployment

Install either appliance independently or combine them according to the property’s needs. Incorporate installations into planned kitchen refurbishments or explore a pilot before wider deployment.

These interventions support necessary repairs, adequate heating and ventilation.
