SHIPPING POLICY
UK Mainland
Deliveries to UK mainland are free of charge for orders over £20. Orders received by 10.30 am will be processed for courier collection the same day, otherwise it will be processed the next working day with weekend orders being processed on Monday.
All parcels will be dispatched via Royal Mail 48-hour tracked service. However, the delivery time frame can range between 3 to 4 days, depending on when the order is collected from the warehouse.
Once it is received in their depot, your order may be delivered the next day but it can take 2 to 3 working days. If your order has not been delivered within 5 working days of placing the order, please email admin@airbon.co.uk with your order number for assistance.
