Our filters are sent via Royal Mail - 3 to 5 working days, except when ordered with a purifier (see purifier for courier details). All orders arriving before 11am (Mon-Fri) will be shipped out on the same day.

How long does the battery last on full charge?
The battery will last for 4 hours on low setting, 3 on medium and 2 on high. It takes 3 hours for a full charge. 

What is the QT3 battery estimated lifespan?
The battery is rated to last at least 300 full cycles of charging and discharging. Similar to most smart phones, we expect the battery to last 2-3 years under normal usage conditions. Even after this point, your QT3 will still be usable. It just means that the battery may not be able to hold as much charge as when it was new.

Can the QT3 travel be used even after the battery is depleted and will no longer charge?
Yes, the QT3 will still be able to be used if continually connected to a USB power source.

Where can I use the QT3?
The QT3 is small and versatile. Take it with you to work and plug it into your laptop while you work. Take it when you go out to eat or drink, and when you visit friends indoors. You even have it on your bedside table while you are sleeping or in your car to trap particle pollution.

How much clean air will I get?
The QT3 will has a CADR of 40m3/hr and will work at a distance of 1.2m. It is not designed for whole room cleaning but for personal space cleaning.

How long does the HEPA last?
The HEPA will last for 800 hours. Based on 4 hours a day, this equates to 200 days.
