Currently, our online shop is only set up for UK deliveries. We are able to ship worldwide but only certain countries for the Sqair purifier due to distribution rights. Delivery information

Orders received by 11am are generally dispatched on the same day.

Car purifiers: We send our products via Royal Mail second class which generally takes 3-5 working days to arrive. We charge a flat rate of £3.50 for all UK deliveries.

Home air purifiers: These products are sent via DPD for purifiers with no delivery charge. Shipping takes 2 working days and are only sent out Monday to Fridays.

Replacement filters for air purifiers: These products are sent via Royal Mail if ordered without air purifiers or via DPD with purifiers. There is no delivery charge for filter replacements. Shipping takes 2 working days and are only sent out Monday to Fridays.

Air quality monitors: This is currently available on a pre-order basis for delivery in September. If we are able to get it out earlier, we will do so. As soon as it is ready to be dispatched, we will be in touch with the tracking number.

Returns & Refunds

We appreciate your custom. If you find that you need to make a return or exchange, please contact us on within 14 days of receipt. 

Car purifiers:

All returned items must be sent back unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly on 01787 269051 to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If you have changed your mind about the purchase, please return the item unused and in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. The filter(s) must be intact in the vacuumed packaging. Please ensure you have proof of posting as refunds are given once we have received and checked the returned item.
