Deliveries and returns
Currently, our online shop is only set up for UK deliveries. We may be able to ship to Europe but this is on a case by case basis with the customer being responsible for customs and local tax. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only dispatch orders Monday to Friday and orders received by 11am are generally dispatched on the same day. Shipping generally takes 2 working days but we say to allow for 3-5 working days to arrive.
We use the following delivery services:
Air monitors: Royal Mail
Sqair and Blast Mini air purifiers: DPD (multiple orders may be sent via FedEx
Blast air purifier: FedEx
QT3 travel purifier: Whistl
Replacement filters for air purifiers: Royal Mail if ordered without air purifiers
Damages and returns
If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly on 01787 269051 to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If you have changed your mind about the purchase, please return the item unused and in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. The filter(s) must be intact in the vacuumed packaging. Please ensure you have proof of posting as refunds are given only once we have received and checked the returned item.
